Public Works Ministry slams KN inaccurate article on airport project

The Public Works Ministry has responded to what it calls renewed misconceptions being carried by Kaieteur News on the Cheddi Jagan International Airport Expansion Project. The newspaper recently carried articles quoting a Christopher Ram column about the price being charged by the airport contractor for toilet sets and urinals. FBI probing visa racket at US Embassy in Georgetown

The United States Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) has launched a probe into reports of a multi-million dollar U.S visa racket at the United States Embassy in Georgetown, Guyana. Reports indicate that over the past few months FBI agents have been interviewing various persons attached to the Georgetown embassy.
