Mother of seven found dead

By Ariana Gordon  A mother of seven was on Tuesday morning found dead with numerous chop wounds to the body. Tessa Ramascindo of Rasta Country, Laluni, Soesdyke/Linden Highway was allegedly chopped to death by her reputed husband, Sewnarine Deonarine (47), after a domestic altercation earlier that day. From all indications, the incident occurred just after 09:00h, but the woman’s body was discovered by relatives at approximately 10:00h after Deonarine had informed family members of what he had done. Revised list of electors completed – GECOM

The Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) has completed the revised list of electors (RLE) for the upcoming regional and general elections, and this list will be posted to various electoral divisions and sub- divisions across the country.
