Magistrate Clive Nurse has ruled that enough evidence was presented in court for the Linden man accused of killing a four-year-old boy back in February this year to be tried in the High Court. The prosecution closed the preliminary inquiry into the case against Rawle Samuels when the defendant made yet another court appearance at the Christianburg Magistrates’ Courts on Tuesday.
