Deputy Superintendent of Police, 53-year-old Patrick Todd was on Tuesday morning charged for causing the death of 64-year-old, Hague, West Coast Demerara (WCD) resident, Conrad Alleyne on the Boerasirie Bridge on the East Bank of Essequibo (EBE) in September last.
