Adill Ramirez, who last communicated with his mother, Summer Ramirez in January last year spoke with Sunday Newsday after receiving a letter from her on Thursday. The Committee of Supply of the National Assembly has approved the lump sum of G$5,371,061,000 for the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) for the period ending December 31, 2019.
