An Onderneeming, Essequibo Coast family is mourning the death of their 19-year-old family member, who was struck down and killed on Friday evening. The Pan Caribbean Partnership Against HIV/AIDS (PANCAP) recently conducted research in the Region, which found that the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) prevention response is inadequate in key populations.
